Policies & FAQs
The Wagmore Pet Resort front office is only open 4PM to 6PM on Sundays. If you pick up your pet on Sunday, there is a charge for Sunday night. This is a convenience charge for the ability to pick up your pet on a day when The Wagmore would normally be closed. This means you can pick up your pet Sunday night, or Monday before 4PM for the same price.
Example: If you drop off your pet on Saturday and pick up Sunday, this will be considered a 2-night stay. It is your choice; pick up Sunday night or Monday before 4PM and it will be the same price.
Please bring proof prior to the stay that your pet is up–to–date on these vaccinations:
- Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (Bordetella every 6 months)
- Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia* (Per vet's protocol)
We only accept pets who have received their required vaccines from a licensed veterinarian. If your pet is not current on their vaccinations, they will need to be made current by your vet. This needs to be done a minimum of 4 days before the pet boards with us. If your pet has no previous history of a vaccine, they will need to wait 10 days before boarding with us.
