Check-in Time
Our customers are welcome to bring your pets when it is convenient for your plans, as long as it is during our business hours. We would prefer all arrivals be before 4:00 pm but we are more than happy to receive our guest any time we are open. There is no additional fee for early or late drop offs.
Check-Out Time
For pets who have stayed the night, The Wagmore Pet Resort's Check-out time is 4:00 pm. Pets being picked up after 4:00 pm will be charged a flat $20 per pet for a late check-out.
Sunday Check-Out
The Wagmore Pet Resort is open for pick-ups and drop-offs on Sunday afternoon. We open at 4:00 pm on Sundays and close at 6:00 pm. We have moved to a flat fee for Sunday pick up and no longer charge a full night of boarding. We charge a flat $20 per dog for pick up after 4:00pm.
Health Requirements
Please bring proof prior to the stay that your pet is up–to–date on these vaccinations:
- Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (Bordetella every 6 months) Canine Influenza*
- Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia* (Per vet's protocol)
We only accept pets who have received their required vaccines from a licensed veterinarian. If your pet is not current on their vaccinations, they will need to be made current by your vet. This needs to be done a minimum of 4 days before the pet boards with us. If your pet has no previous history of a vaccine, they will need to wait 10 days before boarding with us.

Holidays
The Wagmore Pet Resort does not charge additional fees or surcharges for the holidays. Our rates are the same every day of the year. However, during peak season, we do collect refundable deposits to hold the enclosure.
We are closed for pick up and drop off on major holidays; New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, however, our staff still works on those days to ensure your pets enjoy their stay while you are away.
Holidays get very busy for The Wagmore. In order to book a reservation with us over the summer months or for a major holiday, you will need to provide documentation that your pet is up to date on vaccines (if we don't already have that) and pay our deposit. We currently charge $25 per pet to hold an enclosure.
Medications
An additional fee of $1.50 will be charged to administer medication (per administration.)
