Policies & FAQs
The Wagmore Pet Resort charges for Sunday pick-ups. The charge is equal to one night of boarding. This means if you drop of Saturday and pick up Sunday, you will be charged for two nights. This also means you can pick up your dog on Monday (before 4:00 pm) and it would be the same price if you picked up on Sunday.
If you didn't get on the road on time, or your plane was late arriving, there is no need to rush. You are able to pick up Sunday or Monday (before 4:00 pm), the cost will be the same.
Example: If you drop off your pet on Saturday and pick up Sunday, this will be considered a 2-night stay. It is your choice; pick up Sunday night or Monday before 4PM and it will be the same price.
Please bring proof prior to the stay that your pet is up–to–date on these vaccinations:
- Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (Bordetella every 6 months) Canine Influenza*
- Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia* (Per vet's protocol)
We only accept pets who have received their required vaccines from a licensed veterinarian. If your pet is not current on their vaccinations, they will need to be made current by your vet. This needs to be done a minimum of 4 days before the pet boards with us. If your pet has no previous history of a vaccine, they will need to wait 10 days before boarding with us.
* Strongly suggested but not required
The Wagmore Pet Resort does not charge additional fees or surcharges for the holidays. Our rates are the same every day of the year.
We are closed for pick up and drop off on major holidays; New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, however, our staff still works on those days to ensure your pets enjoy their stay while you are away.
An additional fee of $1.50 will be charged to administer medication (per administration.)
